The article deals with the analysis of the problem of developing the dialogic culture of the future educators in terms of their professionalization. The author has shown that the congruent coverage of the specifics of forming an individual as an entity of professional activity in the continuum of the modern culture can be carried out only within the dialogic mode. It has been found that de-valuing the psychological component and accumulating systems of algorithmic tasks of the test type in the practice of the professional training makes it impossible to develop the communicative (and especially dialogic) culture of a specialist.
